rewind: edinburgh, scotland - july 2019

I always liked Scotland as an idea, but now, as a reality, I like it far better; it furnished me with some hours as happy almost as any I ever spent.

I’ve been busy. I recently launched my business Instagram page and updated parts of my website. As I was organising my computer files and working my way through my summer photographs, I realised I had some long overdue Edinburgh images to share.

I took these photos during our 48 hours in Scotland. The weather was in no way behaving the day we visited the city. And for the first three hours, the heavens decided to open with torrential rains. Lucky us. Regardless of the rain we still managed to see Edinburgh Castle, poke our heads in some bookshops along West Port and walk along the Royal Mile.
